How FleetStamp works
From the tag on the truck to the workshop
FleetStamp follows the way work already happens in the yard. The Driver taps, inspects and gets going, and the fleet office ends up with records that are already in the right place.
Tap
Driver taps the FleetStamp NFC tag on the vehicle.
- Each vehicle or asset carries a FleetStamp NFC tag.
- The Driver taps the tag with their phone and enters their PIN.
- FleetStamp opens the workflow for that exact asset — no searching or setup.
Inspect
Complete the vehicle Pre-Start and raise conditions or defects.
- Asset-specific Pre-Start checklists load automatically.
- Drivers work through the checklist on the vehicle.
- Conditions and defects are raised on the spot, with notes and photos.
Record
Shift activity, inspections, defects, runsheets and operational records are saved against the Driver and asset.
- Sign-on, breaks and sign-off are recorded against the shift.
- Runsheets are photographed and stored as organised PDF records.
- Everything is saved against the correct Driver and asset.
Maintain
Fleet managers can track servicing, maintenance, repairs and asset history.
- Fleet managers see Pre-Starts, defects and shift activity as it comes in.
- Service intervals, repairs and workshop history are tracked per asset.
- Mechanics use controlled QR access for repair and service workflows.
